Procedure for Exchange, Return, or Complaint of Goods

  • Undamaged and unused goods can legally be returned without reason within 14 days (from the receipt of the shipment).
  • Goods must be returned in their original condition - in undamaged original packaging and with the same batch number (e.g., batch number).
  • Before sending the goods back, please first fill out the complaint form on the page Complaints, Returns and Exchanges and follow the instructions.
  • In case of returning goods, also provide your account number, payment will be sent after receiving the shipment.
  • Visible defects must be reported no later than the next day after receiving the shipment, otherwise proving a faulty product may be unconvincing.
  • Postage and packaging costs are borne by the customer. The seller will only cover the costs if they have sent a faulty or different product than stated in the order. In the case of a faulty product, the seller will cover the transport costs and compensation for the faulty product only after technical assessment and confirmation that the complaint is legitimate.
